As the Superannuation sector continues to evolve, Melinda consults to clients on key areas such as growth strategies, member acquisition and retention, retirement, business simplification and transformation.
Melinda joined KPMG in 2021, consulting across the superannuation, insurance and actuarial practices leveraging her 30+ years of experience in superannuation and insurance. Prior to this, Melinda was Managing Director of a large and complex Superannuation business, successfully delivering a 3-year business simplification program. Additionally Melinda developed the business’s capability in digital services, building digital journeys and launching a marketing leading check tool.
Additionally Melinda has undertaken a number of other roles in wealth management including CEO of the Actuaries Institute and Director of Policy and Industry Practice for ASFA. She has been a board director of a Responsible Superannuation Entity, a general insurer and a government body.
Melinda has been active in the financial services industry for many years, most recently sitting on the board of ASFA (Association of Super Funds of Australia) and the FSC’s Superannuation board committee.
