Scott has proven experience as a senior executive supporting large transformational change programs, managing industrial relations and developing and delivering on business strategy in challenging and difficult industrial environments.
He was an Executive Director with KPMG, with experience in employee relations, human resources, corporate affairs and government relations.
Prior to KPMG, Scott held the position of Head of Industrial Relations at Lendlease where he was responsible for industrial relations for the Lendlease Group. Before joining Lendlease, Scott worked for Baulderstone, where he headed the industrial relations function in the Australian business, designing employment compliance frameworks to manage a large subcontract supply chain.
Scott also held an executive position at the Construction Industry Development Agency, working with governments, construction contractors and unions to transition the construction sector from award based employment to enterprise based arrangements. Scott has strong strategic capabilities and a proven ability to deliver business results and manage business outcomes in difficult environments.
