Ian is a Partner in KPMG’s Technology Risk & Cyber Security practice. He joined the firm in 2012 and brings over 30 years’ experience across government, defence, security and intelligence in the UK, USA, NZ and Australia.

He is uniquely positioned as a partner in that he can offer strategic insight and advice combined with in-depth low level skills as a CTO, systems engineer and security advisor. His expertise bridges strategy, technology, project and program management.

Ian has a significant knowledge of defence, secure government and global systems integrators and their bid, commercial, financial and risk approaches. He has worked as the solution owner/CTO on one of the largest global IT programs (UK Defence Information Infrastructure), and operates at all levels from boardroom to low level design review.
