David advises companies on government incentives for R&D and Innovation. He has more than 25 years’ experience in this area and has an in-depth knowledge of both R&D policy issues and tax incentive programs.
He is regularly involved in meetings with tax and industry policy officials across the globe on R&D tax policy matters. David is also an inaugural member of Australia’s R&D Tax National Reference Group and was chairman of the Australian Tax Institute’s R&D Group for over 10 years.
