In her role as National Managing Partner for KPMG Australia’s Management Consulting division, Christa strives to create a strong team culture with authentic leaders committed to developing the capabilities of our people and solutions. Christa draws on her considerable experience to deliver assurance and advisory services to public sector and non-government organisations, with a strong focus in health, human services and Indigenous sectors. She is inspired by the people she works with as “together we pursue improved social and economic policy outcomes for Australians”.

For over 19 years, Christa has been a partner with the firm. She was the Chief Operating Officer of Management Consulting for 3 years and in July 2021, was appointed as National Managing Partner of the division. In 2017, Christa was elected to KPMG Australia’s Board, and is a Director of Arrilla Consulting.

Outside of KPMG, Christa enjoys watching her two adult sons play and coach rugby. She is Deputy Chair and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the ACT Brumbies.
