Sophie Evans

Sophie is a corporate lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, financial services and regulation and governance. She works closely with both corporates and a range of institutional investors (wholesale, venture capitalists, other equity houses) on their strategic investments including any resulting strategic partnership and other commercial arrangements.
