For more than 20 years Nigel has consulted across a range of supply chain and logistics industry organisations, undertaking project management, business analysis, solution design and implementations for private, public and not-for-profit organisations.
He has worked both locally and internationally across Healthcare (Pharmaceutical/Blood Processing), Science, Retail (FMCG/Convenience), Transport (Multimodal), Manufacturing (Petrol-Chemical and Fabrication), ICT and Government, Telecommunications and Service Industries, and Maritime/Container logistics and has extensive project management experience across major telecommunication, postal, convenience stores.
Nigel focuses on supporting companies on process improvement and implementing procedures across the front, middle and back offices by supporting a vision for a target operating model and digital transformation. He guides organisations on how information technologies, material handling technologies and data integration can assist with supply chain efficiencies and continues to be an active participant in various supply chain industry associations.
