Gordon has more than 25 years’ experience in information technology, IT risk and cyber security in global executive and leadership roles across a broad range of industries.
He helps organisations with the design, development, implementation and management of enterprise security governance strategies and solutions, including information risk management frameworks, risk assessment and policy development, security architectures, cyber threat management programs, and privacy and resilience support.
Gordon has extensive experience working across all sectors. He has particular expertise in Financial Services working with major global and Australian financial institutions. He is a senior member of KPMG’s Global Cyber Banking sector team and brings insights and visibility on relevant initiatives where KPMG is supporting global banks to manage their cyber risk.
He is also at the forefront of leading discussion around defining strategy for securing the Australian Payments System and has provided guidance to the Australian Payments Council and Cyber Security Sub-Committee.
