Gustavo Amaral

Gustavo is a Tax Associate Partner with KPMG Angola and has been responsible for many different domestic and cross-border tax projects. Since 2010, Gustavo has been assisting companies in structuring their internationalization to Angola, both from a tax and regulatory perspectives. In the context of the tax inspections, Gustavo has been assisting several clients in the definition of the optimized defense strategies to be followed during these processes. His professional experience is mainly focused on industrial markets, real estate and construction, oil & gas, consumer goods, healthcare, information, technology and entertainment and foreign direct investment. Additionally, Gustavo is an expert on tax optimization, setting up group structures for the development of projects in many different areas, tax compliance and assistance in structuring investment projects.
