Ernest Abelyan

Ernest has more than 9 years experience of consulting in spheres of corporate & commercial law, banking law, construction law, energy law, intellectual property law, civil law, labor law and administrative law. Since joining KPMG Armenia in 2020, Ernest has already managed to assist in several legal due diligence projects, M&A transactions support, several investment projects, and transaction structuring. During his advocacy, Ernest has gained vast experience in protecting his clients' rights, representing their interests with success rate of 95% within more than 200 civil and administrative cases in the courts of general jurisdiction of Armenia, administrative courts, bankruptcy courts, as well as in state and local authorities.
