Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Market research and industry analyses, Benchmarking,
  • Various macro and microeconomic analyses,
  • Economic impact studies, economic development strategies, public policy analysys,
  • Business plan preparation,
  • Financial analyses of companies’ historical results and projections,
  • Work on qualitative and quantitative analyses, involving particular statistics, structured interviews, discussion groups and literaturereviews,
  • Summarize studies and broad findings in the form of presentations and reports well expressed in English using Word and Power Point,
  • Business processes reengineering and optimization services,
  • Manage a team of 1-2 consultants  leading the development of relevant content, task allocation, and reporting to the manager of the project,
  • Be able to interview clients and document process narratives with respect to business processes based on interviews with process and control owners,
  • Mentor, drive, and review the quality of work prepared by team members,
  • Support Managers in managing project timeline, quality, budget as well as client relationship,
  • Support the growth of the firm and the practice by taking part in various intellectual initiatives,
  • Marketing activities: preparation of presentations, proposals, marketing materials, etc.,
  • Administrative functions: filing documents, drafting contracts, following internal risk management procedures, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in consulting or a similar field at a reputable organization
  • Ability to combine both quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve sustainability-related business problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and willing to ask probing questions to uncover client opportunities
  • Superior visualization and communication skills using PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
  • Experience in effectively leading and managing small teams
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to adapt methodologies and techniques to unique circumstances
