In 2018, we undertook a thorough examination of our protocols and practices to ensure consistency in the quality of our audits, in the experiences of our clients, and in the behavior and values we demonstrate within the communities in which we live and work. As a result of that examination, we made changes to our governance structure to drive greater accountability and consistency in how we conduct our audits, while remaining true to our core value: integrity.
