Mazen Houalla

His areas of expertise include process, strategy, operations, PMO and human resources management. Mazen has worked in a wide range of industries including the municipal sector, infrastructure, urban planning, government institutions, local governments, and oil and gas. He has extensive experience in process reengineering and has been involved with a number of strategy engagements, process reengineering and performance improvement. Prior to joining another Big Four firm, Mazen worked in Canada in supply chain and distribution where he used MRP and ERP systems to control the types and quantities of purchased materials. He is a Bachelor of Operations & Supply Chain Management from Concordia University, Canada. He is PMP certified and a certified EFQM assessor. He also holds a balanced scorecard certification.
