Stanislav Fedosov

Stanislav joined KPMG Russia as an auditor in Industrial Markets, before moving to our Transaction Services function. He was seconded to our Deal Advisory function in the UAE in 2015. His experience includes acquisition and vendor due diligence, operational and financial restructuring, IPOs and raising debt. He has also helped to obtain government guarantees for a large coal mining project and for a leading aircraft manufacturer. Stanislav is a native Russian speaker and is part of a Russia desk. He responds to the needs of Russian companies and Russian speaking key decision makers based in the region. Our Russian desk is connected with Russian speaking professionals across the KPMG offices in Russia and around the world.
