Slim Ben Ali

Slim is part of the Financial Risk Management (FRM) capability at KPMG Lower Gulf. He is a financial engineer with around 20 years of experience in providing financial advisory services and specializes in FRM, treasury, investments and asset management. Prior to joining KPMG, Slim was the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of an international reinsurance group and had worked at two Big 4 firms in the UAE and Canada where he provided financial risk and treasury advisory to several financial institutions including banks, sovereign wealth funds, asset management companies, insurance companies and private family offices. Slim holds a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in financial engineering from HEC Montreal Canada and is FRM certified (GARP- USA). He is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), USA.
