Mohamed is an Audit partner with in-depth experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Oil and Gas and Government sectors. He has over 18 years of Audit experience and has been actively involved in statutory Audit engagements, certification and control diagnostic reviews for multinational clients based in the UAE, USA, Egypt, KSA, Libya and Oman. Mohamad is a Certified Public Accountant from the US and Australia and has 18 years of experience working with Big Four firms in Oman and KSA, as well as 12 years in Dubai. Mohamed is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from the United States of America and Australia and is also a member of the American Institute of Internal Controls and a DIFC registered principal. Mohamed specializes in Group audits and currently leads the audit of one of the largest construction Group in the region.
