Aman Agrawal

Aman is an Associate Director in the transfer pricing practice at KPMG Lower Gulf. He has over seven years of experience working with clients across industries including transport and logistics, media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals, design engineering and industrial equipment. He has worked on several assignments ranging from transfer pricing documentation, policies and advisory, business restructuring and providing litigation support at various appellate levels. His expertise lies in valuing intangible assets, setting up transfer pricing policies for multinational groups, advising clients on the ownership of intangibles, and assisting a global logistics industry player with the appropriate profit level indicator. Aman also worked on various global transfer pricing documentation projects, due diligences, setting up the appropriate pricing policies for transactions, as well as working with the Middle East team on the implementation of transfer pricing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
