Michael Phiri

Michael is a member of the Zambia Institute of Certified Accountants Tax Committee. Through this committee, Michael has presented fiscal budget proposals to government on various tax issues. Michael is actively providing tax consultancy services, tax health checks, tax treaty interpretation and international executive taxation services to a broad spectrum of our local and international clients and has given tax advice on corporate restructuring, employee share options, mergers and acquisitions as well as setting up of new businesses. He has conducted due diligence work for and on behalf of potential investors. Michael has exceptional expertise in tax diagnostics, tax health checks and tax compliance services.
