Brian is a partner in KPMG Advisory Services practice with a dual role that includes serving as the national Customer & Operations Leader, focused on Products Industries, but also as the US Consulting Leader for Industrial Manufacturing. With an operational focus on industrial manufacturing, Brian's expertise extends deep into competitive strategy and operational design, enriched by over 20 years of industry and consulting experience. His dedication to enhancing industrial manufacturing processes and operations underscores his recent appointment and reflects his deep-seated expertise in this area.

Prior to rejoining KPMG in 2013, Brian held pivotal corporate leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Senior Vice President of Strategy for a multibillion-dollar supply chain managed services company. In these roles, he had comprehensive operational responsibility for the management and delivery of key supply chain areas such as procurement, demand and supply planning, distribution services, optimization, and analytics.

Renowned as a global supply chain strategist and practitioner, Brian delivers performance excellence across organizational, operational, and financial metrics. He has collaborated extensively with some of the most respected academics and supply chain companies worldwide. Leveraging his broad knowledge across multiple industries—including discrete manufacturing, diversified industrials, consumer, retail, and high tech—Brian is adept at identifying and unlocking value within complex global supply chain environments, with a special emphasis on industrial manufacturing challenges and opportunities.
