Paul Glunt
Principal, Value Chain Management
Paul Glunt is an International Tax principal with more than 25 years of experience serving multinational clients in a variety of industries. Paul brings both experience and innovative thinking to his role as a member of KPMG's national Value Chain Management (VCM) group.
The focus of his practice is using tax and operational functions as tools to increase after-tax free cash flow which results in a decreased effective cost of capital, increase cash available to re-invest in the business, and convert below-the-line tax savings into above-the-line revenue growth. Paul’s work is focused primarily around tax and operational models associated with digital transformation, supply chain, and ESG. He combines a traditional background (he has spent years focusing on foreign tax credits, treaty analysis, subpart F planning, repatriation, and M&A) with a very non-traditional view that focuses more on operational imperatives, practical implementable approaches, and thinking differently—always asking “Why not?”
Paul serves Fortune 500 client in industries including manufacturing, life sciences, retail and consumer products, technology, and transportation.
