Christina Cavanagh

Christina helps her clients navigate through large-scale and complex finance transformations. Working with Finance organizations, she keeps the end in mind to ensure her clients achieve their vision and are able to deliver read business value. She has deep FP&A expertise that allows her to focus on process improvement, change adoption, and leveraging enabling technology solutions within the Finance function.

Christina has led several various workstreams spanning from Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives to EPM system implementations. She will drive collaboration and discussion between stakeholders to ensure the future state is designed to align with leading practices methodology and also incorporate critical business requirements
