KPMG firms have global clients with a global outlook. So naturally we need our people to be global thinkers too. Our Global Opportunities Program (GO!) helps achieve this, giving you the chance to move from one member firm to another.

Last year more than 1,500 of our people were on international assignment at any one time. We want to increase this over the next few years and have created a central fund of US$20 million to support employees who are relocating. So, if you're interested in international opportunities, now is a great time to join. Opportunities vary according to the area of the business you work in and your level of experience. For instance, young Tax professionals can take advantage of the highly successful Tax Trek program which offers a three month international placement. This gives you early experience of KPMG firms' international clients, the opportunity to network with colleagues from another culture and, of course, the chance to spend some time traveling and experiencing a different country and people!
