Timothy P Flynn was appointed Chairman of KPMG International 1st October 2007. He started his career in KPMG's Minneapolis office in 1979 and has held a number of key leadership positions throughout the organization, providing him with an informed perspective on the issues facing major companies and the evolving business environment. He has been a partner since 1988 and he was elected to head the U.S. firm in 2005 for a five-year term. Timothy P Flynn tells you about the opportunities and challenges for KPMG, the accounting profession and how you can build a career and flourish at KPMG.
