Dan is a Partner in KPMG’s Customer Practice with 17 years of experience in consulting and industry helping clients drive growth. He leads the Financial Services team, where he focuses on working with insurance, banking, and investment clients to identify the most attractive customers to target, building seamless customer journeys that efficiently cut across channels, and supporting leadership and frontline teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs that translate into profitable offerings and operations.
Dan also works with energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and retail organizations to identify and deliver on opportunities to create accretive sources of value. He does this by working collaboratively with shareholders, executives, management, and front-line teams to evaluate new market opportunities, develop growth-oriented businesses cases, execute on go-to-market strategies, build customer-centric organizations, and manage change.
