Pedro Medeiros

Pedro is a Partner in the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services practice with over 15 years of experience, specializing in managing and transforming audit and advisory programs across Financial Services organizations. He brings a diverse range of experience working with clients in different sectors and geographies, covering the full spectrum of risk management services.

Pedro specializes in delivering and transforming internal audit, risk and compliance programs and brings hands-on experience implementing and managing Internal Controls (ICOFR/SOX/52-109), Internal Audit and Regulatory Compliance Management programs.  

Pedro serves as a subject matter specialist on the topics of FS Regulatory Compliance, Assurance Transformation and Control Optimization and has worked with a variety of FIs in multiple relevant assurance projects, including large global banks and insurers, mid-size institutions and crown corporations.

Pedro’s diversity of skills and adaptiveness have helped him to develop innovative and flexible approaches to support his clients implementing and enhancing their control functions. He is passionate about working with people and developing positive working relationships with his clients and teams.
