Elliot is the Greater Toronto Area and National Accounting Advisory Leader with over 15 years of experience focused on supporting clients with a varieties of backgrounds through their transaction cycle   Elliot's experience with strong branded businesses including the retail and wholesale sector has resulted in significant exposure to both public and private companies undertaking various types of transactions.  Throughout his career Elliot has worked on a variety of engagements ranging from financial statement audits, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, due diligence for M&A transactions, purchase price allocations, carve out financial statements, dispositions, public offerings of debt and equity and accounting conversions.
