Andrew McHardy is a partner and the National Leader for KPMG in Canada’s Decarbonization Hub. In this role, he focuses on helping infrastructure owners, developers, investors and policy makers to increase sustainability and resilience, reduce emissions, and transition to low-carbon energy. This work includes advising on strategies, technologies and tools to decarbonize at the asset-level, and supporting the development and delivery of large-scale energy transition projects. Andrew has over 25 years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering, consulting and project teams. He has held leadership roles from field to executive level, working with organizations in Canada and internationally, across the energy, mining and metals, power and utilities, and defence sectors.
