Consent to the processing of personal data for candidates for open positions
Hereby I give my consent to KPMG Armenia LLC, its group of persons (hereinafter – KPMG)1 to processing of my personal data (including receipt from me and/or from any third parties) and hereby confirm that in giving said consent I am acting freely and on my behalf.
This consent shall apply to the following information: my surname, name, patronymic, year, month, date of birth, address, family status, all types of income, education, profession, biographical data, data on litigations, data on places of work, data on family members, contact details, photo, other information disclosed in my CV and motivation letter, as well as any other information pertaining to my personality, that is accessible or becomes known at any specific moment of time to KPMG (hereinafter – Personal Data).
This consent shall be granted for the performance of any actions with respect to my Personal Data, which are required or desired to attain the below-mentioned purposes, including but not limited to: collection, systematization, classification, accumulation, storage, revisions (updates, changes), use, dissemination (including transfer, including cross-border), depersonalization, blocking and destruction of Personal Data, as well as performance of any other actions with my Personal Data, with due account of effective legislation.
I give my consent to the processing of my Personal Data for the purposes of:
— promotion of employment with KPMG limited liability company and other members of the KPMG network that have a vacancy (including migration services, if required, namely visa support, translation of necessary documents from/to foreign languages, etc.);
— inclusion to KPMG talent pool (KPMG database containing information about candidates for open positions, including Personal Data).
Processing of Personal Data shall be performed by KPMG by applying the following main methods (but not limited to them): storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, marking and various forms of personal data processing (both automated and manual).
I hereby also agree that in order to achieve the above purposes my Personal Data can be transferred (provided confidentiality and protection of Personal Data is maintained during processing) to other member firms of KPMG International Limited, a private English company limited by guarantee . I hereby agree, that for the purposes of ensuring the functionality of the KPMG career site, provision of technical support, ensuring its performance and monitoring its availability, KPMG may engage the contractor “Apleb” limited liability company (TIN 2130062202, legal address: 428018, Chuvashia Republic - Chuvashia, city Cheboksary, Nizhegorodskaya street, house 6, building 2, room 4) and provide access to my Personal Data on the basis of confidentiality and security terms during its processing.
Hereby I agree, that in order to specify or obtain confirmation of my work experience, KPMG may contact my referees and send requests to my employers. When providing KPMG with details of such contact persons (full name, place of work, job position, phone number, email address) whom requests may be sent, I warrant and guarantee the legitimacy of Personal Data transfer to KPMG, including receipt of referees’ or other contact persons’ consents so that KPMG could perform the actions mentioned above.
Hereby I also confirm that I have been informed of the following provisions:
— Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the Personal Data subject at any moment throughout its term by sending a corresponding application. If the Personal Data subject withdraws consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data, the operator shall stop processing the personal data and destroy the data within five working days if that is not prohibited by the legislation. Operator informs the Personal Data subject on the destruction of the personal data within five working days upon the destruction.
— This consent has been issued for an indefinite term and is applicable as far as it is envisaged by the legislation or is necessary for business purposes.
