Success Stories: How Our Services Can Provide Benefit
A major global food company wanted to reengineer its headquarters' finance and accounting operations to shift focus to value-added activities. The company sought to dramatically improve the level of customer service provided to finance internal customers while significantly lowering costs. KPMG implemented business process reengineering in client teams and focused on the accounting close reporting, accounts payable, and budgeting. As a result, KPMG developed process improvement recommendations and is currently developing implementation plans.
